Obituary for James Paul Jacobson

JAMES P JACOBSON age 53 of Jefferson, passed away at his home in Jefferson on October 8, 2017.
He was born in Mount Prospect, Illinois to Paul A. and Betty J. (Rausch) Jacobson. James moved to the St. Coletta campus when he was 9 years old and has been part of the St. Coletta community for 44 years.
He enjoyed the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Green Bay Packers, and had a genuine love for all sports. He is survived by his sisters Barbara (Gary) Zielke of Waukesha, and Susan House of Michigan. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday October 13, 2017 at St. Coletta’s Chapel of the Flowers.
N4637 Co Rd Y, Jefferson, WI 53549. Visitation will be at the chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. A Time of Remembrance will take place just prior to the mass. Burial will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family would like memorials to be given to St. Coletta of Wisconsin in Jim’s name.
