Obituary for
Lorraine Rose Notbohm
LORRAINE R. NOTBOHM (MULTHAUF) age 93, of Watertown and formerly Jefferson, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2018. She was born on July 18, 1924 in Neosho, Wisconsin to Agnes (Klavekoske) and Joseph Multhauf. Lorraine moved to Jefferson in 1940 and on November 16, 1946, she married Donald Notbohm. During WWll, while Donald was serving in the United States Army, she worked as a Micrometer Technician for a company out of Milwaukee that built airplanes for the war and was also proud to be one of the “Rosie the Riveters”. She was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed traveling, playing cards, cleaning house and socializing with friends and family.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish.
Preceding her in death, were parents Agnes and Joseph Multhauf and three brothers; Al, Franklin and Clarence. Donald Notbohm preceded her in death on April 4, 2013.
She is survived by her two loving daughters; LaDonn (Bob) Sadler of Savannah, TX and Suzanne (Larry) Martin of Stanton, KY, three grandchildren, Ryan (Autumn) Sadler, Christopher (Helen) Martin, Erin (Steve) Clapper and five great-grandchildren, Mason and Talen Sadler, Roman and Jacob Martin, and Jason Clapper.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00am on April, 4, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Thomas Coyle presiding. A private family burial for both Lorraine and Donald will follow at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Fort Atkinson.
